Site Visit By AGS
- Course tour and photos by AGS representative
- Site Analysis
- Detailed review of all items on Renovation Action Program
- Review of new issues
- Discuss idea and obtain additional owner input
- Determine extent of renovation and final budget
- Decide if the renovation is to be done in phases or all at one time
- Determine if owner will build or AGS will build
- Fee: $800 per day plus expenses

AGS Design Package
- Golf course final renovation design and recommendations
- Construction documents and notes as needed
- Golf hole details
- Details on themed scenes and water features
- Carpet plan
- ADA compliance if possible
- Budget
- Design Fee $6,000 or $800 per golf hole, whichever is less
4.
Renovation
- By owner or by AGS
- Combination of AGS and owner and its contractors
- Purchase themed products, special effects, and golf products as desired from Adventure Golf Services
