Buck Wilder, an outdoorsman character who has a variety of wildlife critter friends, all featured in three children’s books. The Buck Wilder Company is focused on growing the national and international image of Buck and his friends through books, radio and television shows, and by having Buck serve as a spokesman for a variety of groups. He is a spokes person for a variety of state parks. There are now Buck Wilder Tee-shirts, backpacks, candy with more items expected. What is Buck Wilder’s Fish Camp Adventure?
Fish Camp Adventure is the first of a series of Buck Wilder miniature golf courses. Fish Camp is interactive, participatory, entertaining, whimsical and sometimes educational. It is a climbing, sliding, putting, swinging, crawling, boating, playful, fun and rollicking good time as miniature golf players explore five themed miniature golf adventures within the 18 hole golf course.

Each adventure is unique with its own themed areas including: signs; walkway material and edge; golf carpet style and color: golf green edging; stationary or animated critters; background sounds and landscaping. Each golf hole is designed to create adventure and fun by using a variety of scenes, stationary and moving obstacles, sound and special effects, and interactive activities.

Kids love the whimsical and interactive activities such as sliding down Ranger Rabbit’s Rapid Return tower slide or controlling the jumping frog obstacle as it jumps across the green on the Frisky Frog’s Frantic Flipping hole. Helping to pull their boat across a natural fish filled pond is fun for the whole playing group. Kids want to keep the special Buck Wilder putters and balls, so they may be purchased at a discount when paying for the game.

Along the way players may encounter many playful Buck Wilder Critters, such as Rascal Raccoon, or Fuzzy who hides on the course in a different location each day. The entire course is accessible for players with handicaps and women with baby strollers. A series of natural aquatic ponds surround the Fish Island adventure in the center of the site. Each golf hole sign is themed to carry the critters for which the golf hole is named.
